(Cancellations, Changes & Returns)


🚫 Order Cancellations

You may request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order.

  • Restocking Fee: A flat $25 CAD fee applies to cover processing costs.
  • Not Guaranteed: If your order has already entered fulfillment or shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

📧 To request a cancellation, email us as soon as possible at support@essentialsofficial.ca with your order number.


✏️ Order Changes

Need to update your size, color, or shipping details?

  • Changes can only be made within 24 hours of purchase.
  • After your order has entered processing, edits may not be possible.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

While we don’t offer refunds, we do accept exchanges or provide store credit where applicable.

✅ Return Eligibility – Within 30 Days:

  • You received the wrong item
  • You received a defective product (we’ll cover return shipping in this case)

📌 Return Conditions:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached
  • Items must be sent back in the original packaging
  • Unless the issue was our fault, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility

⚠️ Important Notes

  • Limited Releases: Exchanges depend on availability of stock
  • Final Sale: Custom or exclusive items may not be eligible for return
  • Fraud Prevention: In some cases, refunds may only be issued as store credit for security reasons
